I am the founder of Sidekick Innovation. We use a science-backed approach to help groups solve challenges faster. Sidekicks facilitate groups through a process that allows the team to solve their challenges and they train people to do this process on their own. 

I believe people don't want others to solve their problems for them. Instead people want support, to be pointed in the right direction, and feedback to know they are doing it right. They want a Sidekick! 

I previously worked for 15 years in professional sports including founding the first Innovation Lab in the NBA at the Orlando Magic and building the award-winning Amway Center that opened in 2010. I enjoy wedding dancing, adventure sports and spending time with my wife Heather, and my two sons Nathanael and Noah.
